At Valley View, we provide the highest standard of nursing care for all of our residents. Fully qualified and experienced nurses are on duty for 24 hours a day and supported by extensively trained health care assistants. A 24 hour nurse call system ensures that assistance and medical care are always at hand.
We provide personal care plans which emphasise the individuality and choices of the resident. These are updated regularly and discussed with relatives. Each of our residents benefits from a key worker and a GP of their choice giving them the chance to continue with their current GP. Wherever possible, daily activities are encouraged to help residents maintain their independence, dignity and self-esteem.
Our residents also benefit from visits of specialist nurses, an optician, a dentist, a chiropodist and a dietician. Physiotherapy can also be arranged.
